Catanach, a freshman setter from Plant High, was named ACC volleyball player of the week after leading the Blue Devils to two victories in which she had double-double performances. Against Virginia Tech (3-2 victory), she had 53 assists and 13 digs. Against Virginia, she had 43 assists (the second-highest three-set total this season) and 13 digs. She also had 45 assists and a career-high 20 digs in Tuesday's 3-1 win against Wake Forest, when Duke (24-8) captured a share of the ACC championship.
